Virtual Tentative Agreement Presentationand Ratification Vote.February 20, 20247:00 PM

All (active) members permanent and casual (daily casual and emergency members must have worked a day in the last 95 days to be eligible) are invited to attend the virtual tentative agreement presentation and electronic vote on Tuesday, February 20, 2024

If you are aware of someone who did not get this email please do not forward this email to them. Have members reach out to me directly and I will provide the information required.


To attend the virtual meeting, you will be required to pre-register at the link below. You will be sent a link prior to the meeting, once your registration has been approved. This is a member-only presentation and membership must be verified. The link for the presentation will allow ONLY YOU to attend. If you share the link with another person, the individual who signs in first will block anyone else from using the link. You will need your membership #, which can be found on your EdVantage card or by contacting Danella Smith at the D18 Office. You can either call Danella at 519-843-4043 or email danella.smith@d18.osstf.ca



After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Zoom meeting. Please type your email address carefully. If you make an error you will not receive your confirmation or link. Tentative agreement detail documents will be sent out on Mailchimp at 4:00 pm on February 20th before the presentation. These documents are confidential to members only.


The vote for the tentative agreement will open on Tuesday, February 20th after the presentation and close on Thursday, February 22nd at 8:00 pm. That gives members approximately 48 hours to cast their vote.


The link to vote electronically will be sent out to members via Mailchimp along with the tentative agreement details documents
