UPLOAD A PDF OR PICTURE OF YOUR RECEIPT

Submit a PDF or CLEAR PICTURE of your receipt. THESE ARE THE ONLY FORMATS WE CAN OPEN. All other formats will be rejected by the upload script. We cannot process your application if we cannot open the file. You can create a PDF using the school photocopier or take a picture with your phone.

Please ensure that your receipt includes at least: 

• your name

• name and contact info for the issuer

• date of the receipt

• date(s) of the event

• details of the purchase

• and the amount paid

If your receipt does not meet these minimum requirements, please contact the organizer of the event and request a receipt or email that includes this information

Upload Instructions

1. Enter both your first and last names.

2. Select your school short code.

3. Click "Choose File" and locate your PDF or picture file.

4. Click "Open"

5. Click "Upload File."  It takes about 30 - 40 seconds for the file to upload. You will receive an onscreen confirmation message and the link to the application form once the file has uploaded successfully. If you receive an error message, ensure that you are uploading a PDF, .png, .jpeg or .jpg file and please try uploading your file again.
