2023 Seniority Lists

Permanent ESSP and ECE Seniority Lists.

The seniority lists for permanent ESSP and ECEs hired on or before December 15, 2022, are now posted on UGShare Point. Please see the following collective agreement language should you have questions regarding the accuracy of this list. If you do need to contact HR about your seniority, please email Maureen Cunningham and copy me on your email within the time-frame indicated in the collective agreement. February 15, 2023, is the posting date. L50:06 Any question as to the accuracy of the seniority list must be submitted by the employee to the Senior Administrator responsible for Human Resources or designate within forty-five (45) working days of the posting of the list. (i) Any inaccuracies will be corrected within forty-five (45) working days and the list will be deemed correct. If there have been no submissions within the forty-five (45) day timeframe, the list will be deemed correct. (ii) An employee whose name appears on the seniority list for the first time shall have up to forty-five (45) days following posting of the list to notify the Senior Administrator responsible for Human Resources or designate if the employee believes their seniority date is incorrect. The Board will review employee submissions which were received within the forty-five (45) day timeframe and will make any required corrections and post an amended list (if necessary). Employee submissions received after forty-five (45) days following the posting of the seniority list on which their name first appeared will not be considered.
